I grew up in Saint Clair Pa., and now live outside of Pottsville, Pa., with my wife Michelle. I have lived in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania my entire life. I attended St. Mary's elementary school in St. Clair, Pa., and St. Clair Area High School, and graduated from Penn State University earning an Associate Degree in Engineering.

After graduating from Penn State University and getting licenced as a Pennsylvania real estate agent in 1986, I attended Berks Real Estate Institute, Vintage Real Estate Academy, Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy, and the Pennsylvania Realtor Institute. I received my Pennsylvania real estate broker's license in 2010, and founded Red e Realty, located in Pottsville, Pa. in 2011.

My career as a Realtor started in 1986 as an agent for Marten's Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in Reading, Pa, then as an agent for Prudential Pinebrook Realty, and an Associate Broker at Remax Five Star Realty in Orwigsburg, Pa., before becoming a the Broker/Owner of Red e Realty, Pottsville, Pa.

  • Ask them about their experience with Agreement of Sale(contract) negotiations. 
  • Ask them to explain contract contingencies and timelines.
  • Ask them to explain different financing programs, and what is necessary to qualify for different loan programs.
  • Ask them how home inspections work, timelines for completion, and reply to the inspection and negotaition.
  • Ask them if they are reliable, readily available, and responsive to calls and appointments.
  • Ask them about their individual sales production.
